About Our Hood County Vets

Our practice is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Dr. Richard Gesell and Dr. Kristina Gesell. They both earned their DVMs from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Drs. Gesell and Gesell purchased Acton Animal Hospital in 2013 and have enjoyed serving local pets and their families from this location ever since.
